Today we celebrate a truly remarkable leader, mentor, and friend.

Leah has been part of the Willow family for an incredible 12 years and has dedicated more than 20 years to the Early Childhood Education and Care profession. For the past 5 years, she has been the heart of Willow Arundel, leading with kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication.

Leah is one of the most caring people you could ever meet. She always puts the children, families, and educators first, ensuring everyone feels valued, supported, and respected. Her warm smile, listening ear, and genuine care create a welcoming environment where children thrive, families feel connected, and staff feel empowered to be their best.

Her passion for early childhood education shines through in everything she does. Leah inspires those around her with her positivity, patience, creativity, and commitment to providing the highest quality care and learning experiences for every child.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone – 12 years of dedication, care, and commitment at Willow Early Learning Centre. Miss Kym first started at our Mudgeeraba centre 12 years ago and moved here to Arundel 5 years ago ❤️🖤

Kym is always there with a caring heart, thoughtful ideas, and a creative spirit. She brings warmth, kindness, and laughter to every day, and the children absolutely love her!

Thank you, Kym, for everything you do and for being such a special part of our Willow family. Here’s to 12 amazing years and many more to come! 🌸

⭐️Educator of the Month ⭐️

A huge congratulations to Miss Rain, our Lead Educator in Nursery, for being recognised as our Educator of the Month here at Willow Arundel!

Miss Rain’s dedication, organisation, and passion for early childhood education shine through every day. Her programming is thoughtful, effective, and responsive to the children’s interests and developmental needs, with experiences regularly implemented to support learning and growth.

Thank you, Miss Rain, for your hard work, leadership, and commitment to providing high-quality care and education. We are so grateful to have you as part of our team!

Today in our Kindergarten class, we took time to recognise and thank the incredible first responders who work tirelessly to keep our community safe. Through meaningful discussions, the children learned about the important roles of police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and other emergency service workers, and how they help people every day.

To show their appreciation, each child created a special thank you heart filled with their own colourful designs, drawings, and messages. Together, we displayed the hearts around a gratitude quote, creating a beautiful reminder of the kindness, courage, and dedication shown by our everyday heroes.

This experience encouraged the children to reflect on the importance of helping others, showing gratitude, and recognising the people who make a positive difference in our community.
