π Knockout Netball Success! π
A huge congratulations to our Under 15 Girls Netball Team, who yesterday played their first knockout match against Arthur Phillip High School and delivered an outstanding performance!
The girls dominated from the opening whistle, taking a 15-0 lead into half-time before finishing with an impressive 23-3 victory. π
This result is a testament to the hard work, commitment and determination the team has shown at training. The girls were absolutely ecstatic with the win and should be incredibly proud of their efforts.
A special thank you to Ms Hanlon for her dedication, guidance and coaching, helping the team achieve this fantastic result.
We wish the team the very best as they progress to the next round in Week 1 of next term. Go Evans! ππ

π±π¨ Our Year 7 Technology classes, 7TEC1 and 7TEC2, have been combining creativity, sustainability, and hands-on learning as part of their Agriculture and Environmental Sustainability unit.
Last week, students planted coriander and parsley seeds and have been carefully watering them, monitoring their growth, and learning about the conditions plants need to thrive. This week, they began preparing recycled plastic bottles that will soon become their very own plant pots.
Using paint, markers, and plenty of imagination, students transformed old bottles into colourful creations featuring flowers, characters, patterns, and unique designs. This engaging activity encouraged creativity, teamwork, and environmental responsibility while demonstrating how everyday items can be repurposed and given a second life. β»οΈπ§βπ¨
Through projects like this, students are developing a greater understanding of sustainable practices and the importance of reducing waste, while also building practical gardening and design skills.
A fantastic effort by all students involved! π We are excited to see their seedlings continue to grow and to watch them transfer their plants into their beautifully decorated pots in the coming weeks. πΏπ±β¨
