Our open mat classes allow you to:

⭐Choose what you focus on and apply the techniques you've learned in regular classes
⭐Improve your skills through bag work and additional pad work
⭐Ask your instructors and more advanved training partners questions
⭐Improve your cardio and endurance (with access to a range of gym equipment)
⭐Get comfortable with sparring
