πŸ“š VCE does not start from Year 11.
The skills that shape VCE performance often begin much earlier:
English reading and writing, Maths foundations, SAC preparation, structured responses and effective study habits.
Starting early does not mean rushing ahead.
It means helping students build a stronger foundation before the pressure of VCE begins. 🎯

Top Scope College is now offering our VCE Preparation Course for Year 9–10 students, designed to support a smoother transition into VCE.

VCE planning should not start in Year 11. Here’s why Year 8–10 matters.

Many families think VCE is something to worry about in Year 11 or Year 12.
But in reality, the foundation is built much earlier.
By the time students enter senior years, many challenges have already started to show:
English skills may not be strong enough to support all subjects.
Maths foundations may affect future subject choices.
Science pathways may become unclear.
Parents may have heard of ATAR, SAC and Scaling, but still feel unsure about how the system actually works.
That is why Top Scope College is hosting a free online VCE seminar for Year 8–10 students and parents.
This seminar is designed to help families understand VCE planning earlier and make more informed decisions before senior school begins.
Seminar Schedule
πŸ“Œ English & Maths Seminar
Date: Sunday, 31 May
Time: 7:00pm–8:00pm
πŸ“Œ Biology, Chemistry, Physics & Psychology Seminar

Suitable for:
Year 8–10 students and parents
Families who want to understand VCE subject planning, study pathways and future academic preparation.
