Due to continuing growth, Redfern Rehab is seeking new staff members to complement our amazing team!
Redfern Rehab covers participants in the South and North of Brisbane.
The role is covered unde the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award. The ideal candidate will be seeking full time employment.
As a Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator you will work closely with NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and interpret their individual NDIS packages. It is your role to ensure that NDIS participants are getting the most out of their NDIS plans and exercise choice and control.
Essential Criteria:
Must have a Cert IV or equivalent in mental health and/or two years mental health experience.
Must have 2 years + experience in either role

Redfern Rehab covers participants in the South and North of Brisbane. Initially, the role is casual paid by the hour in line with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award. The ideal candidate will be seeking full time employment. After 8 weeks if performace satisfactory, then the role will be converted to contract, should this be desired.
