Also completed this week was Prachi’s gorgeous little ‘creepie’ stool - for sitting on when you want to ‘creep’ closer to the fire! Even better - it was upcycled from a heavy old chopping board! Nice!

It’s been a busy time in the shed - even with the shorted darker days! Have a look at some of the beautiful pieces we’ve been making! We were lucky enough to source some great draw knife blades from Ferenc at Paprika Knives and had a lot of fun putting bespoke handles on them and making protective covers.
Our beginners have completed their mallet projects, and Kathryn has just finished this elegant three-toned stool.
We wish Seb a safe trip home - the workshop won’t be the same without you.

Heidi just finished this awesome quirky stool - all recycled timbers - so cool!

Look at these beauties! We had a question - could a beginner make a star trivet? The answer is below - lovely tight joints, beautifully finished off - well done Adrienne!

Mary finished this beautifully carved bar stool.

Frances replaced a broken leg on her coffee table - including selecting and shaping the timber, making all the mortise and tenon joints, and finishing it off to match the existing colour. I bet you can’t tell which one leg was the replacement!

Everything you need will be supplied. You’ll learn some basic skills and work on a few set projects to get you going. The focus will be on using hand tools.
