Kelly Sport Fun Today!

We had an exciting visit from Kelly Sport today ! The children had a fantastic time practicing their throwing, dunking, colour recognitions, listening, coordination and teamwork skills through active games.

It was wonderful to see their confidence, energy, and sportsmanship shine.Ask your child about their favourite part of the session.

Our ECT, Sara, participated in the PPC Preschool Practice Coach collaborative session alongside other educators from across the Early Childhood sector.

🌱 Trash to Treasure at Hearts & Minds! 🎨
Our children transformed recycled formula tins and yoghurt containers into colourful hanging planters. They decorated, planted herbs and greens, and helped hang them along the junior yard fence—brightening our outdoor space.

Families donated containers, educators supported learning, and children now water the plants each morning as part of their routine. A simple, fun project that grew creativity, teamwork, and sustainability. 🌿

Today we practiced our fire evacuation drill. We are proud to share that everything went smoothly! The children were absolutely amazing, they had their best listening ears on,followed instructions carefully and stayed close to their educators using the walking rope. It is important to practice these drills and we are very proud of how calm, focused and cooperative everyone was. Great job little ones!
