🥈 SILVER MEDAL WINNERS! 🥈
What a fantastic achievement by our Year 7 Girls team at the Volleyball NSW Schools Cup. The girls played brilliantly throughout the day, showing great teamwork and skill during every match.
A special congratulations to Serena, who was Player of the Tournament for Caringbah High. Her serving was unstoppable and was a major factor in the team's success.
This is the furthest a Caringbah High School volleyball team has progressed in this tournament, making this silver medal finish a great achievement for the school.
We are incredibly proud of the entire team, fantastic work girls! 🏐

Stage 5 Textiles students have recently completed their first assessment task, Fundamentally Fashion, where they designed and constructed either a pair of shorts, a skirt or a pair of pants. Throughout the project, students developed their practical sewing skills, explored garment construction techniques and applied design principles to create a functional and wearable product. It has been pleasing to see students build confidence, demonstrate persistence and take pride in their work as they continue to develop their textile skills.

Congratulations to Billy and Lachlan who have advanced to the Grand-Finals of the Evatt Competition at the State Parliament of NSW on Wednesday 1st July!

The boys made it through the semi-final round as the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and have been allocated the French Republic for the Grand Final.

Everyone at Caringbah HS wishes the boys the best success for the competition.

CONGRATULATIONS to Hamish Barlow who has just been selected in the NSW CHS touch football team.

On Friday, 12 June 2026, four teams from Caringbah participated in the online UNSW programming competition, aka Cupcake. The majority of participants were Year 7 students, who enthusiastically represented the school throughout the event.
The competition concluded at 4:00 pm, and students gathered for a group photo to celebrate their achievement. Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, one student kindly brought cupcakes to share with the teams—a fitting way to mark the occasion, given the competition's name!

Last week the Sydney East Regional Cross Country event was held at Miranda Park.
