Self-defence is fundamentally speed puzzles.

While physical and technical skills are important, they represent only one part of the equation. Recognising potential threats, making effective decisions under pressure, and understanding how to respond appropriately are equally important components of personal safety.

Our upcoming Beginner's Krav Maga Workshop is designed to introduce these concepts in a practical and accessible way. Participants will explore the principles that underpin Krav Maga, gain insight into defensive tactics, and experience how simple, effective solutions can be applied to common self-defence situations.

No previous experience is required.

If you've ever been curious about Krav Maga or wanted to develop a better understanding of self-defence, this workshop is an ideal place to begin.

Technique Spotlight: Inside Defence

In Krav Maga, Inside Defence is our foundational blueprint for protecting the centerline of the body. It’s designed to be the simplest, most reliable way to defend against sudden attacks—ranging from straight punches and shoves to chokes and kicks.

Why is it so effective? It relies on your body's natural flinch reflex. At its core, your limbs move to deflect the oncoming threat while your body shifts offline to maximise safety and survival.
