Our athletes achieved outstanding results in both Sparring and Poomsae categories against incredibly tough competition with:

Last weekend, two amazing MUMS showed that age is never a barrier to growth, achievement, or chasing your goals.

Competing in Poomsae while raising their families, they demonstrated incredible dedication and passion. More importantly, they showed their children that courage means stepping outside your comfort zone and that it's never too late to set new goals and pursue excellence!
