KIDS & TEEN CROCHET WORKSHOP 🧶 Know a young crafter wanting to learn how to crochet? Who else is keen to learn how to crochet cute toys?

Our 2 day beginners crochet course in the school holidays starts at the basics to teach kids and teens. They will get to make some small projects to practice their new skills, start a chunky scarf and learn how to crochet a cute whale!

All tools and materials are provided, including new crochet hooks to take home to continue crocheting. Suitable for ages 9 years old and up. Book into one of our small-sized classes for the upcoming holidays.

GRANNY SQUARE BLANKET 🧶 This is Patsy’s blanket, recently donated to . The Wrap with Love charity began in 1992 and now distributes donated blankets all over the world to those in need.

Patsy’s blanket turned out to be a rainbow of granny squares after she started using up her old tapestry yarn. It was a great way to practice crochet, keep busy and to make something useful.

This isn’t a normal retail fabric store, you don’t take the rolls to the counter. Here is the process of buying fabric (so you don’t look lost when you walk in). Just ask the staff if you need help, they will be happy to assist you.

TSHIRTS AND LEGGINGS 🧵 Don’t be afraid of sewing stretch and knit fabrics anymore! Our Learn to Sew Stretch Fabrics Workshop will teach you all the tips and tricks to sew great stretchy garments!

Make a tshirt, tshirt dress or leggings. Have a go at using the overlocker and finish your hems with a twin needle stitch.

Join one of our small-sized classes. We recommend this workshop for experienced beginners who have some experience with sewing clothing.

IN MEMORY OF HEATHER 🥲 Heather came to our workshop for the first time in 2017, when she attended our Beginners Crochet Workshop - The start of her crochet journey began.

Heather often attended our monthly Crochet & Knitting Socials. When a few people started making squares for the project, she started too.

We were saddened to hear of her passing this year, but are grateful for all the squares she crocheted to make this beautiful blanket that will be donated and given to someone in need.
