Your whole team was so enthusiastic and open to learning and sharing and hearing my own insights and beliefs about the endless benefits of music.

Each term we have the pleasure of sharing one of our programs with our friends at Milestones Early Learning Cranbourne North
This term is fun-key yoga, an animated fun way to enjoy using our bodies and minds while we build strength, balance & coordination🧘‍♂️🤸‍♀️

🎶 Hey Dee Ho FunKey Yoga 🧘

For Term 2 our Hey Dee Ho sessions will be Yoga, and on a Thursday - a chance to channel our mindfulness, stretch our bodies and embrace our spirit! ❤️

The session starts with an Acknowledgment of Country and ‘Namaste’ greeting. The children construct a gratitude tree as part of the mindfulness activity before warming up to an energetic dance.
The poses revolve around very active, energetic subjects. Some of the poses include windmills, shaking dogs 🐕, ostriches, waterfalls and even snorkelling 🤿.
The cool down is a restful time using magic stones recapping the activities of the day.

Oooweee we love our hey dee ho music mornings at Goodstart Early Learning Lynbrook everyone gets into the groove and has the BEST time😊♥️🎶

Our “Hey Dee Ho” music program runs throughout the centre, engaging children from babies through to the preschool room.
The program introduces music, movement, and rhythm in a fun and interactive way, supporting children’s creativity, language development, and confidence.

Each session is tailored to suit the developmental stage of the children, ensuring all age groups can participate, explore, and enjoy the joy of music.

Our hey dee ho Cranbourne community shared over 60 hot cross buns and 90 chocolate eggs during our Easter week celebrating with each other .....and I managed to squeeze a few more in today😉
Enjoy the Easter break everyone, thank you for a term of happiness🐰🐣🐇

We had so much fun with our friends at Milestones Early Learning Cranbourne North being big giant dinosaurs and tiny fairies. What a fun way to explore the concept of opposites with our Big & Small theme🦖🧚‍♀️

🎶 Hey Dee Ho Music 🎶

We utilise a wide variety of thinking strategies to engage with situations. 🧑‍🏫 So many mathematical ideas and patterns can be identified in the fun songs and activities we take part in during this session. We sing about big and small people, 🦖 dinosaurs and some fictional 🧚‍♂️ fairy characters! As part of our special segment on Auslan this term, we are learning the signs for all the ‘big’ and ‘small’ animals as well.
