ππ₯ Little Scientists at Work β Making Cottage Cheese! π¬β¨
It all started with a simple question during morning tea: "What would happen if we added orange to milk?" π
Our curious little scientists got straight to work β pouring, squeezing, and carefully observing! First we tried orange juiceβ¦ and waitedβ¦ but nothing happened! π€
"Maybe orange is not that citrusy!" β so we switched to lemon juice, and WOW!
π Before our eyes, the milk began to curdle, forming little white curds that we strained through a paper towel β with clear liquid collecting underneath!
"It's lemon yogurt!" π
"It's strawberry yogurt!" π
(We'll need to add strawberries for that one!) π
Through this beautiful inquiry, our little ones experienced real science in action β predicting, testing, observing, revising, and discovering β all before morning tea was over! π
What an incredible reminder that curiosity, a cup of milk, and a squeeze of lemon can spark the most amazing learning! ππ₯
