Parkside Berrimah was very excited to host the official opening of the estate. The opening ceremony was attended by Hon. Eva Lawler and Hon. Ngaree Kit. We were also happy to hand over the $5,000 Harvey Norman Gift Voucher to our lucky draw family on Lot 28. A traditional smoking ceremony followed to bless the land. Thank you to all that attended.😊

Parkside Berrimah on Boulter Rd, is a new private investment of 58 residential lots that will get their land titles in coming weeks. There are only 7 lots left on the market.

The development supported about 100 jobs and contributed $8.5m into the NT economy. The building of 58 houses will be another great economic injection into our local economy.

Boulter Road will be upgraded from a rural road to an urban road to provide better access and amenity for the properties along the road. 🚗🛵
