πΈ In Writing and Humanities, our students are combining their learning to create a School Road Safety Campaign. Through persuasive writing, students are exploring how language, facts and persuasive techniques can be used to influence others and promote safe choices around our school.
Keep an eye out for the posters and articles our students will be creating to help spread this important message! πππΆ

ππ This term in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), our Grade 6 students have been learning about emotional regulation and bullying prevention. π§ π€
π We have focused on building respectful relationships and understanding how to manage emotions in different situations. A key focus has also been understanding bullying and the role of an upstander π¦ΈββοΈπ¦ΈββοΈ, including how to recognise bullying π« and take positive action to support others. π
πβοΈ Students have practised these skills through role plays, scenarios, and comic strip activities in a safe and supportive environment. π£οΈπβ¨
π We are proud of the way our students are developing empathy, resilience, and the confidence to make positive choices that help create a caring and inclusive school community. ππ€π
