Our Year 2 students were busy learning the basics of coding before putting their skills into action with Blue-Bots! 🤖

Using directional language and problem-solving skills, they carefully programmed their Blue-Bots to travel to different locations and complete challenges. It was wonderful to see their teamwork, perseverance and excitement as they explored the world of coding through play.

Her daughter Brooke has been nominated for the 7 News Young Achiever Awards and the 2026 WA People's Choice Award.

Our five new chilled water fountains have been installed and look fantastic!
I'm sure the kids will enjoy using them 💦
A thank you to the State Government for the $60,000 provided under the Small Scale Election Grant, with the remaining $10,000 for the installation provided by the building levy.

Our Pre-Kindy children enjoyed a special visit from one of our school parents, who generously volunteered his time to talk about his role as a police officer. The children were fascinated to learn about how police help keep our community safe and had lots of thoughtful questions to ask!

Experiences like these help strengthen the partnerships between families, educators, and the wider community, which are an important part of the Early Years Learning Framework. By sharing their knowledge, skills, and experiences, families enrich children's learning and help them develop a deeper understanding of the world around them.

A big thank you to our parent volunteer for making this such an engaging and memorable experience for our children! 👮🚓😊
