Our students took on the Girls Sports Association of Victoria Cross Country Championships last week, tackling a tough course in wet, cold and slippery conditions, and they rose brilliantly to the challenge! ๐Ÿ‘

Every runner should be incredibly proud of the way they approached the day: pushing themselves, supporting one another and embracing the conditions head-on ๐Ÿ’ช

๐ŸงŠ Cold, but for a great cause and it means even more now.

A couple of months ago, our Year 8 students took part in the DIY Big Freeze with FightMND, joining schools across Melbourne and helping to break a world record along the way.

With almost 200 buckets poured by CLC students and staff (including Mrs Evans!), it was a memorable experience and a powerful way to support such an important cause.

As we head into the Big Freeze at the โ€˜G this Monday, weโ€™re reminded of the impact of Neale Daniher, whose passion and determination inspired so many to get involved.

๐Ÿ’™ Donโ€™t forget to support FightMND and help keep the fight going.
