Team Perosh BJJ team had a BJJ Brown & Black Belt class last weekend. It was our third BJJ Brown & Black Belt Day. We worked on a mix of modern and classic guard passing and then did a lot of specific training and rolling. It was a great Saturday afternoon! Thank you to everyone who attended. Are…you…READY! The Alta 20 week MMA program starts Monday 6th July at Team Perosh Mixed Martial Arts. It is 4 days per week 6pm to 7pm om Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You will learn MMA skills, get fit and meet some great people. You will get expert coaching from Head Coach and UFC Veteran Anthony Perosh and his team of coaches.
