What a beautiful way to start our week! Our caterpillars have completed their incredible transformation and emerged from their cocoons as beautiful butterflies.
Our little learners watched in amazement as the butterflies spread their wings for the very first time before releasing them into the wilderness. From tiny caterpillars to beautiful butterflies, it’s been a wonderful journey filled with curiosity, wonder and learning.
What an amazing adventure we’ve all had!

Our first timetable didn't quite get the tick of approval from the Department of Education, so we've been busy behind the scenes redesigning it until everyone was happy.

The result? A fresh, approved timetable that's ready to roll!

Thanks for your patience while we got all our ducks in a row.

Check out the updated timetable today!

Say Good Morning to our chickens with us.

There's nothing quite like starting the day with a visit to our fluffy, feathery friends. We say hello, check for eggs, and make sure everyone has breakfast before heading off to play.

We think mornings are better with chickens.

How it Started Vs How it's going...
After weeks of watching, wondering and caring for our tiny caterpillars, they've now wrapped themselves up into their cocoons.

Now we wait as patiently as we can for the next magical transformation as our caterpillars prepare to become beautiful butterflies.

Nature truly is the best teacher, and we can't wait to see what emerges next!

As the sun sets on Reconciliation Week, we reflect on a week filled with learning, connection, and respect.
Together, our kindergarten community contributed to a beautiful Sea of Hearts project, with each heart representing our shared commitment to kindness, understanding, and walking together towards reconciliation.
As this special week comes to a close, the lessons we’ve learned and the hearts we’ve created will continue to guide us throughout the year.
🖤💛❤️

NANGANA …YANNATHAN… THARRACK Too See…To Walk…To Hunt
Our little explorers set off on a special treasure hunt this week, searching for clues and discovering symbols, stories, and connections.
Through play, curiosity, and learning together, we’re exploring the importance of respect, understanding, and reconciliation.

The Sea of Hearts Movement is a meaningful initiative that brings communities together to show their commitment to Reconciliation, respect, connection, and understanding between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.
As you wander past our preschool take the time to appreciate the art that our children have created, and read the messages from our families about what reconciliation means to them.

🔥🫓 Little hands, big learning 🫓🔥

This week for National Reconciliation Week, our kinder children rolled up their sleeves to make damper together — sharing stories, culture, connection and community along the way. 🤎

As the smell of fresh damper filled the air, so did conversations about listening, learning and walking together with respect.

A simple recipe, shared together, became a meaningful moment of connection. ✨

This week we’re celebrating National Reconciliation Week — a time to learn, listen, connect and grow together. 🤎

Through stories, art, music and conversation, our little learners are exploring the importance of kindness, respect and caring for one another and the world around us.

Together, we walk forward — learning from the past and building a brighter future for all.

It takes a village… and a superstar Workong Bee with some very talented dads who turned our chicken coop from “peck-ish” to picture perfect! ✨ #
Armed with tools, teamwork, and plenty of elbow grease, they gave our feathered friends a fresh new hangout — and the children are absolutely egg-cited about it! 🥚💛
We’re so lucky to have such an incredible kinder community willing to jump in, lend a hand, and make magic happen. The coop has never looked better! 🐓🌿
