We were incredibly fortunate to have another visit from our favourite local author Sam Summers. This time Sam worked on character development with a small group of our outstanding writers. We learned about how the main characters in Sam’s book, The Lost Defenders, were created and had the opportunity to create some engaging and powerful characters of our own

This week the debating teams had our first and second debates. The students have worked so hard to prepare and learn how to debate this term. They were rewarded with a victory in today’s debate! Two more to go, then (hopefully) onto the knockout round
