We also offer after school and vacation care yoga classes for children of school age. We are taking bookings now for the December holidays at vacation cares throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Our goal is to help children develop life skills to alleviate anxiety, cultivate health physical and mental habits, build confidence, understanding ones individual self and purpose, whilst making new friends and connections.
