The stock market has certainly been interesting over the last few weeks!
Let’s zoom out on the weekly timeframe and review a few ASX sectors that have been performing particularly well or starting to shape up nicely.
- Financials
- Staples
- Utilities
- Industrials
One thing worth noting, sectors such as Staples can appear stronger than they really are, largely due to the weighting of large-cap names like Woolworths and Coles. As always, discretion is advised when reviewing sector charts, as strength in the sector doesn’t necessarily mean all stocks within that sector are bullish.

Mont Blanc Crew
Been raving about the Mont Blancs for months and hunting for them in Goldy since arrival.
On the team lunch break before the Amazing Race, we stumbled across this Mexican joint,
Alma - unreal food btw.
Great company... epic views, BUT, it gets better!
Panicking in the moment on what to order my eyes got drawn to the corner of the menu where we saw the famous 'Mont Blanc's - could not believe it, I tell ya.
Quizzed the staff and it was the first day these bad boys were on sale today, 3 months practising the perfection, the FA was good enough for me.
Sold the story to the team, shown them a few videos of myself reviewing some of the recent Mont Blancs l've had in the past - MtM aprroved. ✅
The Judge got extremely jealous of the smiles he saw on our faces where taking that first sip, the orange zest, the whip cream... 0000OF!
We finally got him over the line and you know what... JUDGE CERTIFIED! ✅
The team have put on the runners and it's time for us to not get competitive... Let's see
