I’ve got you covered! Think about these 3 cues the next time you squat, whether it’s body weight, barbell, hack squat or dumbbell squat 💪🏼
1. Focus on all three points of your foot pushing into the floor at ALL times — heel, side, toes
2. Knees over toes is KEY — if you cannot your ankle mobility needs work.
3. Learn how to brace correctly — sucking in tight isn’t bracing.
How you perform each exercise you do in the gym is KEY TO YOUR PROGRESS!
Understanding technique, knowing what muscles to focus on and being able to perform them during your training with confidence is how you build the physique you’ve always wanted ❤️🔥

Here are the 3 cues that have become game changers for my girls to grow their glutes
1. Keep your chest over the barbell or dumbbells the entire time to maintain position.
2. Focus on pulling up through your glutes when coming up.
3. Relax your Upper body & grip
