🟢GET READY FOR GREEN DAY!🟢
Brought to you by our SRC

Green Day is an action-packed fundraiser, with all donations going towards Muscular Dystrophy Australia (MDA), to help kids stay stronger for longer. Muscular Dystrophy is a condition that impacts many kids, but the good news is that we can help. Holy Rosary School’s Green Day is a simple way to raise money for MDA.

Green Day will be held on Friday 24th July, Week 2 of Term 3. It will be an exciting and fast-paced day. In the days before Green Day, we will host a green jelly bean guessing competition. On Green Day come to school with crazy green hair and green clothes for a gold coin donation. There will be a duo downball tournament, with the winners receiving a trophy. It will be a whole lot of fun!

Use the holidays to plan your crazy outfit for GREEN Day.

Remember, even one dollar can help children stay stronger for longer!

Today, our Year 3/4 students proudly presented their Endangered Animals Exhibition. Throughout the term, they explored animal habitats, learned why species become endangered, and discovered how people can help make a difference.
Thank you to all the parents and family members who attended and supported this wonderful celebration of student learning.

Our Year 3/4s took their learning outside today! They’ve been using trundle wheels and metre rulers to calculate the perimeters of different objects and spaces around the school yard!✨👏

It is awesome to see hands-on-problem-solving in real life!🙌

Well done to the students who lead us through our liturgy for National Reconciliation Week yesterday. Everyone read beautifully and showed respectf. A big thank you also to Tom who has worked with the choir these past few weeks to sing Beds Are Burning, which was the NRW song for 2026. The choir did a fabulous job!
