This year we were thrilled to host AWGMDC right here at UNSW, and even MORE excited that our very own Anhaar and Maya took home the WIN!🥇✨

We're so pleased with the HUGE amount of people that attended, and we're truly thankful for everyone who participated! It was a MASSIVE success!

ANU ABPDC 2025 Break Announcment

🌍✨ We’re beyond excited to announce that UNSW will be sending a huge seven teams and six judges to the World Universities Debating Championships (WUDC), the largest English-language debating tournament in the world! This year, WUDC begins on the 27th of December, and is taking place all the way in Bulgaria, where our debaters will go head-to-head with the very best from across the globe. We’re incredibly proud of everyone representing UNSW and can’t wait to see how well they do! 💛🖤🗣️

💥 Get excited… AWGMDC (Australasian Women and Gender Minorities Debating Championships) at UNSW is coming up real soon! We’re so proud to be hosting this year’s tournament right here on campus from October 24-26, with incredible WGM debaters from all across Australia joining us to compete. This year, UNSW is sending six phenomenal teams and five brilliant judges to take part, and we cannot wait to see them in action! Let’s go UNSW! 💛🖤✨
