This art action-packed workshop is created especially for our teens aged 13 -15 (adaptable to participant) and is aimed at enabling them to individually express their thoughts and opinions through discussion as well as in their super creative artwork. A brilliant space to interact, express and create with their peers. Developed in a structured format based on our tutor Jo Spinoglio's background in creative arts and psychology.

Confronting Self-Doubt to Achieve your Personal or Career Potential.

Most of us have experienced feelings of self-doubt and unworthiness at some point in our lives. Sadly, these feelings often hold us back and prevent us from achieving career or personal success. Imposter Syndrome is the feeling that we aren't actually worthy or adequately competent for the work we're doing and that sometime soon we'll be found out.

When your accomplishments are a result of your own knowledge, hard work, and preparation and you still feel inadequate - you're probably suffering from Imposter Syndrome. In this course we'll learn more about this syndrome and how to overcome it.
