Choosing the wrong shield changes EVERYTHING 👀

The shield you choose doesn't just affect the final result. It also plays a big role in controlling the curl and helping prevent overcurled lashes. ✨

At GlowPro Training, we make it simple for students to remember. We use the PICK Method when it comes to shield selection:

P – Plan your result
(Lift, Curve, or Soft)

I – Inspect the lashes & eye shape
Whether the lashes are downward, straight, dry, or frizzy, and whether the eye shape is hooded, protruding, or round.

C – Compare two shields
Compare the two closest options that you think will fit.

K – Keep the fit
Choose the one that fits well when you are dry wrapping the lashes onto the shield.

Please don't confuse yourself with too many shield choices. There are hundreds of options available in the market. The best way is to keep it simple, understand the basics, and achieve perfect results every time.

🙋‍♀️"Can I re-do a lash lift after 3 and a half weeks?"

Yes! you can redo a lash lift after 3.5 weeks, but you need to be aware of a few important things.

Number 1 - you would do a lash lift again after 3 weeks only for a correction like if their lashes are overcurled, or under curl or over processed, etc. If the lashes have lifted well the first time then there is no need to do that early.

Number 2 - keep track of the timings with the solution. I would personally won’t leave the solution for the full length of time just to avoid over processing.

Number 3 - take into consideration the lash growth cycle as well. It is always ideal and advisable to leave a gap of minimum of 6 weeks between two lash lifts.

Not every set needs to be redone early—sometimes patience is what keeps the lashes healthy and lifted longer.
