It’s been a little while since I committed myself to the mission of Soul Freqs, and yet I still felt I hadn’t quite expressed what this coalescence means to ME.

You see, the essence of Soul Freqs goes beyond our individual and combined visions as it is really about the people we serve.

It might seem obvious but ‘Freqs’ is a play on the word frequency and Freaks…

Because frankly put, we are FREAKS for growth and expansion and all things Magickal… and so are the people we Serve.

We are FREAKS because our whole lives we have done things differently to most & gone against societal norms… and so have the people we Serve.

At Soul Freqs, our greatest mission here is to help you remember the powerful Frequency of your Soul.

This is why we teach Embodied Business.

From our personal experience traversing the pathways of spiritual development and personal development through entrepreneurship… we believe that in the merging of these transformational experiences, there becomes an access point through which to tap into our greatest potential.

🔢 𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙖 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚'𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙚 𝙖 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙!

1️⃣ 𝙄 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙜𝙤 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙇𝙄𝙆𝙀𝘿.
For me, I used to base my value on how other people perceived me.This meant I would change myself according to whoever I was around so that I was ‘easy’ to get along with and I had spent the first 25 years of my life being ‘likeable’ in order to get ahead.
When in fact, the truth is that this was costing me so much energy to be somebody that I wasn’t at my core. I wasn’t actually ‘getting ahead’ - I was just ‘getting along’. Once I dropped this learnt pattern, I was able to MAGNETISE the kinds of people that really aligned with my values by truly being myself and I now SERVE these people in my heart-led business.

2️⃣ 𝙄 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚.
For a long time I used to ‘go with the flow’ of life and hope for the best. When things weren’t going well, I was thrown into damage control, and when things went really well I thanked my lucky stars.
What I realised is that I wasn’t choosing to be in the driver's seat because I was afraid of the responsibility and I was ultimately afraid of crashing the car (MY LIFE.) Once I worked through this fear, I learnt that taking responsibility for my life, my decisions and my actions was the key to my inner and outer freedom. Now I back my every decision knowing that I have the power to CHOOSE.

3️⃣ 𝙄 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙮 ‘𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚’ 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙚𝙩!
For me, the biggest limitation I had in life was the conditioned mind of an ‘employee’ and I have spent the last 4 years unlearning this! I truly believed my TIME = X amount of dollars and that was the governing factor of my quality of life. I thought that a consistent wage equals security, but really it comes from a feeling of INSECURITY - that I can’t provide for myself by means of being who I came here to be!
Once I learnt to leverage my VALUE instead of my time, I increased my ability to earn and importantly, spend more time doing what feeds my soul.

4️⃣ 𝙄 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 ‘𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙭’.
After my first ‘spiritual awakening’, I was angry with all the ‘lies’ I had been fed growing up and I became ANTI - ‘the system’. At the time, I thought that I could get out by not playing a part of it all. The truth is, we can’t bypass the systems in place that make the 3D human world function as it does. The only way out is through. When I shifted my focus towards LEARNING how the intricate facets of ‘the system’ work, I realised that I could benefit myself and others lives exponentially through greater AWARENESS.

As I look over these 4 lessons I see how much they have served me to become who I am today.

None of this was easy.

And I had to go through a lot of pain to get to this place.

But I know when we find the lesson we stop repeating the unwanted experience and create new experiences.

Livin’ it up on this tropical island with this sexy Mamacita Aum Shivanii has been SO MANY THINGS!!

We decided that Europe wasn’t the best option for us right now for many reasons. It breaks my heart to say it as I was looking forward to seeing my family and friends back in the UK so much!

But it’s okay, Learning that with digital nomad life you gotta flow with the current of adventure and listen deeply to your intuition & signs from the universe 🩵
