The cold and rainy weather didn’t stop our Bush Kinder explorers today! Wrapped up in warm layers and waterproof gear, the children embraced the opportunity to experience nature in a different way.

From listening to raindrops on leaves and spotting signs of wildlife to splashing through puddles and exploring the changing environment, the children demonstrated curiosity, resilience, and a wonderful sense of adventure.

Outdoor learning in all kinds of weather helps children build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and deepen their connection with the natural world.

Cold, wet, and full of smiles — a fantastic day of learning and discovery in nature!

Today our centre was full of excitement as we welcomed our local volunteers from the CFA 🚒🔥

The children had an amazing time exploring the fire truck, learning about fire safety, hearing the sirens and meeting the friendly firefighters who help keep our community safe. One of the highlights of the visit was having the opportunity to use the fire hose and spray water onto the pretend fire cones — there were lots of smiles, laughter and very excited little firefighters in action 👩‍🚒💦

A huge thank you to our wonderful CFA team for taking the time to visit us and create such a fun and educational experience for our little learners ❤️
