Our Later Years students have been enjoying their weekly visits to Menshed every Thursday, taking part in a range of engaging hands-on activities.
Throughout the sessions, students have worked on planters, gardening projects, as well as painting, sanding, drilling, nailing, and constructing wooden boxes. During Term 2, they also created Mother's Day hearts, treasure boxes, cup coasters, and wooden toys, including assembling a wooden frog (pictured).
Students have thoroughly enjoyed these practical hands-on experiences and have demonstrated great focus, creativity, and skill in their work. π¨π¨
