Some physiques are built through talent. The best physiques are built through consistency, patience, and relentless hard work.
This is the second time we have posted our Newphew Kian who over the past 23 months has done exactly what every coach hopes for in an athlete - he listens.
What makes this transformation even more impressive is that this isn’t simply a fat loss story. After stepping on stage for the first time 5 months ago (see earlier post) and placing 3rd at the NABBA North of England U21s, Kian transitioned into a structured offseason with two objectives: build quality muscle tissue and keep healthy.
A proper offseason isn’t an excuse to get fat, it’s an opportunity to create the perfect environment for growth, conducive training performance, enhance recovery and optimise health markers. This should amalgamate to building as much muscle as possible while maintaining a well balanced physique.
An incredible amount of muscle has been gained in less than two years while simultaneously improving conditioning and maintaining a small waistline.
2nd Place NABBA North of England U23s.

A huge return to the stage for our client at the IFBB Men’s Physique Australia Pro Qualifier – Open Class A.
We’ve been working in the background together for quite some time, building through both off-season development and into contest prep with full alignment.
This athlete originally came to us in the off-season and has now stepped on stage in peak condition for his season debut.
The result was a 2nd place finish in the IFBB Men’s Physique Australia Pro Qualifier – Open Class A, reflecting the level of progression and ex*****on achieved.
A physique that has been transformed through structured progression — adding significant muscle mass while maintaining exceptional stage conditioning.
Every recommendation has been followed exactly as prescribed, with complete discipline and consistency throughout.
This is an athlete with a clear future at pro level. We have full confidence in him securing his IFBB pro card, and we’re excited to continue pushing forward into his next show appearance.
Built for the pro stage. Executed without compromise.

A huge return to the stage for our client at the PCA Australia Men’s Physique.
After a good while away from competing, he stepped back on stage to challenge himself again and re-learn the process of bodybuilding prep.
Having worked with us on and off for around 3 years as a returning client, the improvements over that time have been huge. The most impressive part? He is the exact same bodyweight in both photos — simply more muscle, less body fat and a dramatically improved physique through positive body composition changes.
This prep was all about rebuilding momentum, refining the finer details and understanding exactly what’s needed moving forward with training, nutrition and conditioning.
He trains hard, lifts heavy, stays consistent and genuinely enjoys the process. Bodybuilding gives him both the physical and mental challenge he thrives on.
Throughout the prep, we guided him through every step; training structure, nutrition adjustments, conditioning, posing and peak week to bring his best package possible for this return to the stage.
This was only the warm-up.
A bigger and better package is coming soon!

A 2 week transformation and first ever bodybuilding competition for our client David.
At 42 years old, David decided to tick something massive off the bucket list by stepping on stage for his very first time in a Natural Bodybuilding competition. No plans of becoming a career competitor, no obsession with trophies, just a personal mission to see what he was capable of.
To give credit where it’s due, David dieted himself for the majority of the process. Our role was taking control over the final 2 weeks; tightening the condition, managing peak week, teaching him how to pose in our studio and getting him stage-performance ready.
Despite dealing with GI issues and general sickness, he never stopped training, never stopped pushing and still got the mission accomplished.
Starting around 82kg, we peeled off those final percentages of body fat and after the carb up he ended up back around the same bodyweight, but in a more ripped and full condition.
For a first timer, David brought an incredible attitude:
✔️ Trusted the process
✔️ Applied every adjustment
✔️ Stayed consistent under pressure
✔️ Turned up and got it done
Competition may have been a “one and done” experience for him, but the bigger win is what comes next by continuing to improve, level up and push forward well into his 40s.
Mission accomplished.
Onwards and upwards!
