Most weeks you don't lose time dramatically. It just quietly fills up. An errand here, a message there, and suddenly the hour you had for yourself is gone before you noticed it was leaving.
BFT Brighton exists to make sure that doesn't happen. We put that hour on the calendar and we hold it. What you do with it, sweat it out solo or drag your favourite person along, that part's up to you.

Coach Sara is setting the record straight πŸ§–β€β™€οΈβœ¨

Saunas are incredible for recovery, better sleep, reduced muscle soreness, improved circulation, and a serious mental reset. But if you're using it as a fat loss tool? That weight you lose is water, and it comes straight back.

Real results come from what you do on the floor. The sauna just helps you recover so you can do it again tomorrow.
