Congratulations to Bethany for winning 1st place in the Mayer–Callebaut Chocolate Competition.
Our Certificate IV in Patisserie (SIT40721) students worked through the morning to create chocolate pieces inspired by this year’s theme – Australian ingredients. Our students demonstrated impressive technical skills and creativity, incorporating native flavours and local produce into their work.
The winning delicacy incorporated Davidson plum jelly and aniseed myrtle ganache. Well done to all participants for their dedication and craftsmanship.
Events like this highlight the exceptional talent within our patisserie program and continue to strengthen our industry connections with valued partners.
