🌸💖 **Celebrating the Essence of Motherhood at HCMC** 💖🌸
At HCMC, we celebrated Mother’s Day across all rooms with a day full of love, joy, and meaningful moments. The children took part in creative activities, fun games, and special experiences to honour their mums, grandmothers, and the important caregivers in their lives.
The day reflected the true essence of motherhood—unconditional love, gentle guidance, strength, and endless care. It was heartwarming to see children expressing their love through smiles, creations, and shared moments with peers and educators.
We also enjoyed delicious food together, creating a warm sense of connection, belonging, and togetherness throughout the centre.
A heartfelt thank you to all our wonderful families. Your love and dedication are the foundation of your children’s growth and happiness. 💕

Bravehearts Ditto’s Keep Safe Adventure Incursion
Our HCMC children recently participated in a highly valuable Bravehearts Ditto’s Keep Safe Adventure Incursion, designed to support children’s understanding of personal safety and protective behaviours in an age-appropriate and engaging way.
During the session, the children were delighted to meet Ditto, Bravehearts’ friendly mascot, who guided them through important body safety messages using stories, discussions, songs, and interactive activities. Through these experiences, children learned about personal boundaries, recognising safe and unsafe situations, understanding and trusting their feelings, and identifying trusted adults they can talk to if they ever feel worried, uncomfortable, or unsafe.
The program empowered children with essential knowledge about their rights, helping to build their confidence, resilience, and ability to speak up when they need support. It was wonderful to see the children actively participating, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging enthusiastically throughout the session.
At HCMC, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, protected, and empowered. Experiences such as the Bravehearts Incursion play an important role in supporting children’s wellbeing and helping them develop lifelong protective behaviours.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Bravehearts team and Ditto for delivering such an engaging, educational, and meaningful experience for our children.
