Community OT needs an experienced OT to assist us in the Northern Suburbs for the next month. Based in Brunswick we need an OT who can assist with in home aged care and NDIS assessments and follow up as we need urgent leave cover. Use of company car from Brunswick office included. Community Occupational Therapy
Providing Occupational Therapy Services to all Metro Melbourne areas, Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula.
Community Occupational Therapy provides the following services (however not limited to) at the client’s home:
-Comprehensive Home Safety Assessments
-Minor and Major Home Modifications (Bathrooms, ramps, platform steps, rails etc)
-Equipment Prescription
-Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation
-Vehicle Modifications
-Falls Prevention Education
-Pain Management
-Neurological Rehabilitation
-Seating/
1 day per week administration position (Wednesday) along with school holiday and leave cover required based at our Brunswick Office. Would suit an OT or allied health student. Please reach out if interested.
