Last Sunday, we brought the nervous system back online with Niamh, one of our members and a breathwork facilitator who knows her stuff. We're talking better sleep, faster recovery, and actually waking up feeling it, not just going through the motions. If you're smashing sessions but sleep's still a write-off, this is the one you needed. Niamh runs breathwork across Melbourne studios, working with high-performance athletes, but Sunday was all about meeting you wherever you're at. Thanks for showing up for your recovery. 🫁

It's our favourite day on the floor, one session, the whole community, and a lot to celebrate. Thank you to everyone who came and made it one to remember. We do this at the end of every month and we genuinely cannot wait to do it all again. πŸ‘Š

Bronwyn walked in expecting a cult. She found us. Honestly, fair.
An ER doctor who spends her days in high-pressure environments needed somewhere that felt nothing like that and BFT delivered. Normal people. Great coaches. Zero pressure to eat chicken.
Now she's one of the first people you want next to you in a session. She'll back you, help you load your weights, and work just as hard as anyone in the room all while probably having had a shift that would floor the rest of us.
Stronger. Fitter. More mentally consistent. And one of the best gym buddies going.
