Practice the basics in contemporary dance techniques and learn a choreographed routine!
Weeks 1 - 2 / Focus purely on warm up exercises, contemporary dance technique and the physics of movement.
Weeks 3 - 6 / Continue your practice and learn a choreographed routine.
Weeks 7 - 8 / Fully embody the movement, move, explore, express!
Curious Mover is passionate about providing dance experiences that balance technical practice with the joy and freedom of movement!
