But thats what happened when Global CEO, Aurlien Lis visited ADSI and shared Dermalogica Pro's future plans and exciting advanced product innovations.

Here they are. The future Dermal Clinician leaders and they've had the most incredible 2 days of learning and inspiration at Australia's leading Aesthetics educational event - The Non-Surgical Symposium.

Tonight it's a moment to reflect and celebrate their achievements so far.

Access to the best and brightest minds, like Dermatoligist Dr Ryan De Cruz from Southern Dermatology provides our final year Dermal Science Bachelor Degree Students with a unique insight into latest research and techniques.

Catching up with our colleagues from the Global Beauty Group at the Non-Surgical Symposium.

He's been employing our Dermal Science Bachelor Degree Graduates for years now and presents the annual Dr Tass Advanced Skincare Award, so its always wonderful to see the one-and-only eminent Dr Tass at the Non-Surgical Symposium today.

So many brands we had to come back twice.

We've been working with Advanced Skin Technology for so many years now as they have so many cosmeceutical brands, SkinPen and now Candela Medical under their management.

Our 4th (and final) Dermal Science Bachelor Degree Students met with AST GM Rachel Fergus at NSS today learn more about their brands today.

Apart from understanding the safe and results driven operation of these devices - the added bonus for our Students is that the Doctors, Dermatologists and Clinic Owners love the fact that they are qualified and skilled to use these devices from day 1.

It makes our Dermal Graduates much more employable as they are pre-trained in their use.

A truly unique giant of our industry, Terri Vinson (pic 2) is the Cosmetic Chemist, Skin Scientist and Founder of Synergie Skin.

Our 4th year Dermal Science Bachelor Degree Students caught up with Terri today where she is key speaker at the Non-Surgical Symposium.

Terri invents, tests, produces, packages and markets Synergie throughout Australia (and globally) at her state of the art laboratory and plant in Melbourne.

Terri recently hosted a cohort of our Students to learn more about ingredients and processes to create results driven cosmeceuticals.

To this day our Students are still talking about the Synergie visit and many have applied for positions there.

There are not many others in Australia doing what Terri does - our industry is eternally grateful for her achievements.

So many clinics now incorporate Aerolase into their treatment menus, so our 4th (and final) year Dermal Science Bachelor Degree Students had to stop by their stand at the Non-Surgical Symposium and learn more about this versatile laser device.
