A prayer for the intuitive ones…🙏🏻

I am not afraid of my life and all the messy glorious truth that comes with it.

I am not afraid to flow where my intuitive intelligence takes me, even if I do not yet know what it will bring.

I am so open to life. So willing to be present to it.

It is the sublime song of the language of consciousness - intuition - always leading me, that makes it possible to heal without struggle, to perceive with grace.

I embody my intuition. It is me.

I flow with my intuition. I am it.

I bow in reverence to the wisest aspect of me and offer this part of myself, humbly, in service to the world.

The women I serve carry the subconscious, ancestral memory of their sacred power, their wild, intuitive knowing, their sensual, embodied connection to the elements, the earth, the medicine of anchoring the divine into the material world.

They also carry the shock, the trauma and the loss of the intentional destruction of their intimacy with their devotional power.

As I spend more time understanding devotional matriarchal power, as a way to support the midwifing of the new world, I am taken deeper into my own lineage and what was destroyed by empire-building. 

My lineage is Celtic, from Wales, Ireland, Scotland and France.

My ancestors also came from the area now known as Germany.

All these places experienced the horror of Witch Hunts, especially during the Holy Roman Empire.

But even before this time, the Ancient Roman Empire brought war and destruction to the pre-Christian Pagan people.

The Romans were confused and angered by the role of powerful female spiritual leaders, something they did not allow in their Empire

The women, the Priestesses, the healers, the wisdom keepers were lost to us, erased from the historical records, and the goddesses were reduced in power and authority.

My service in this life is the reclamation of the Priestess for all the women who feel her calling, even when they do not know who she is, or what that soul-deep ache represents.

The Third Level is the Temple of the Priestess Mystic Leader.

It is the place to apprentice in the shadow work and fear hunting of the Dark Feminine power.

The darkness does not scare the Priestess as Shadow Hunter, for she is the midwife of the new world.

Joan Halifax calls this the fruitful darkness. It is in our training to see in the dark that we create the conditions for the light’s ascension.

It’s my mama’s birthday today. She’s the goddess in the wide brimmed hat!

Mama Angelique is a beloved teacher within the Institute. She is Mama to us all.

She is a woman who took all that she did not receive as an opportunity to give everything to her daughters. She raised two fierce, self-assured women even though no one showed these qualities to her.

Now she is spiritual mama to every woman in the Temple of the Institute.

She is the creator of Intuitive Intelligence Tapping, and continues to evolve, research and develop her service as a mentor and teacher.

She is a woman who could have done anything, had she had someone to believe in her like she believes in me.

She paved the way for my service. She stands beside me as we grow the Institute. I love you Mama.

The devotional Leader must be true to the old adage, “let neither the criticism nor compliments weigh you right”. We must be unafraid to sit in our own experience and our own truth and not take it personally either way.

It’s important to review and reflect when someone is critical of you, and the way you’re doing something. Be self-reflective, learn more about yourself. However, there is a very good chance they’re projecting their own s**t on you.

Here is another shadow side of being a Sacred Leader: people will work their stuff out on you.

Energetically, even before you say a single word publically, your choice to answer that call within to lead is going to activate (aka trigger) others. So just by you existing, showing up and leading yourself through your congruence and devotion, you will become someone that others will project their stuff onto.

Whenever that happens remember that it’s not about you. It’s not your job to fix or repair or control everybody’s opinion of you. Even though we all have often been tempted to want to do that.

It’s a really good indicator that you are doing your work well if you activate others. If you make everyone happy all the time, you’re probably not actually doing anything. If you’re being politely approved of all of the time, you’re just letting everyone stay in their comfort zone.

And my job as a leader is not about your comfort about your evolution.

So if I’m constantly approved of by people, if everyone’s loving what Ricci is doing, I probably haven’t gone far enough. I probably don’t know what I stand for. I’m probably not provoking or agitating others into awakening. So, be prepared for that.

If you want to be liked or you rely on external validation, don’t be a sacred leader.

There’s a good chance that you won’t always be liked.

RJ started the Institute in 2014.

From the beginning, our work has always been about igniting the Priestess Mystic Leader archetype in women.

Reconnecting women to their holy power by creating a deep self-trust in their intuitive knowing.

RJ created the Institute to be the intuition university, offering academic rigour, ethical best practice and professional excellence in an unregulated industry.

We have served hundreds of women globally.

RJ is a speaker, author and principal of the Institute, but above all she is a teacher, dedicated to transforming the perception of intuition from a new age trinket into the highest form of intelligence we possess.
