We’re excited to celebrate another successful month of our Employee Referral Program at TSA!
This month, we are thrilled to issue another 9 Bunnings vouchers worth $200 each to employees who participated in the program by referring great candidates to our team.
At TSA, we love it when our employees refer a mate for one of our open roles. Our people know our culture best, and referrals continue to play a big part in helping us grow a strong, values-driven team.
Here’s how the program works:
🔹 $200 Bunnings voucher when your referral is successfully interviewed, signs a contract and commences in their new role.
🔹 Another $200 voucher when your referral successfully completes 6 months of continued service with TSA.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to help build our team culture while rewarding employees for bringing great people into the business.
Please get in touch for more information, and feel free to check our website for current employment opportunities.

Feeling inspired ✨ after attending the Banyule City Council Women in Business Brunch 2026 at The Centre Ivanhoe 💫
An incredible morning surrounded by over 200 driven, passionate and supportive women, each with their own story, challenges and successes. A powerful reminder of how far women in business have come, and the impact of coming together to lift each other up.
A highlight was hearing from Carrie Bickmore OAM, who shared an honest and engaging conversation on leadership, resilience and self-belief. Her openness and connection with the audience made it truly memorable.
Huge thanks to the organisers and everyone who created such a welcoming and empowering space. Events like this matter 💛
Grateful to be part of such an inspiring community, already looking forward to the next one 👏

Safe Equipment, Safe People
In the civil construction industry, safe equipment isn’t just a requirement, it’s a critical priority.
Every day, we rely on plant, tools, and machinery to deliver our work. We recognise that when equipment is properly maintained, inspected, and used correctly, it protects our people. But when it isn’t, it quickly becomes one of the highest-risk factors on any site.
That’s why we place such a strong focus on how we manage and operate our equipment.
For us, it starts with the basics, done consistently and done well:
✅ Thorough inspections of all plant and tools before use
✅ Immediate reporting and action on any defects
✅ Ensuring only trained and authorised personnel operate the equipment
✅ Maintaining clean, organised, and safe equipment areas
Beyond the equipment itself, we place equal importance on how it’s operated.
Safe driving and operator awareness are essential across all worksites. Every operator plays a role in preventing incidents by staying alert and in control at all times.
Our approach includes:
✅ Completing a full 360-degree walk-around before moving any vehicle or plant
✅ Driving slowly and cautiously across all site conditions
✅ Remaining vigilant for pedestrians, spotters, and surrounding plant
✅ Ensuring loads are secure and stable during transport
These practices aren’t optional, they’re embedded in how we work. All staff are trained and reminded of this on a daily basis through our toolbox meetings and through our safety officers on-site.
Because at the end of the day, safe equipment supports safe work. Safe work ensures that everyone goes home healthy.
Think Safe. Work Safe. Home Safe.
