Today we acknowledge R U OK? Day in our service by wearing yellow and teaching the children to ask their friends “Are you okay?”

It also encourages empathy among their peers and gives understanding that’s it’s ok to not be ok and acknowledging each others feelings.

Asking the question, 'are you OK?' can make a real impact, so we are here to ask the question.
