Today our principal was brave enough to put her trust in her staff on a whole new level!! There were laughs, a few big misses, and plenty of smiles as we shared what makes our school such a fantastic place to learn, grow and work together as a trusted team

Ever wondered why some of our staff are looking very similar or even a bit absurd some weeks?? Well we have a mid week fun day - 'Wear it Wednesday'. Each week we have a theme . . . . . . lets see if you can work it out next week 😀

As one of our many activities last week our reception class learnt about the Dreaming Story Thukeri and then they made Bony Bream for Reconciliation Week.

Well done to our Pimpala Knockout Football team who played in round 1 of the Girl's Knockout Football today. The girls won their first game against St John the Apostle School with a score of 64 to 11.

The girls then played their second game against Westbourne Park Primary School. This match was a lot tougher and despite a good battle the girls lost by 3 goals.

Congratulations on a great day and a huge thank you to volunteer parent coach Jimmy for coaching the girls leading up to the carnival and throughout the day.

Recently, our Junior Primary class had a wonderful and educational visit from the team at 1300KOALAZ. The students were buzzing with excitement as our guests arrived, bringing with them not only a wealth of knowledge but also a genuine passion for koalas and their conservation.
During the session, students enjoyed an engaging talk all about koalas—where they live, what they eat, and the challenges they face in the wild. The presenters shared fascinating stories about rescued koalas and explained the important work 1300KOALAZ does to protect these special animals.
One of the key messages was how we can all help keep koalas safe. The class learned about things we can do in our neighbourhoods, like keeping an eye out for koalas crossing roads and making sure our gardens are koala-friendly by planting native trees.
The children loved listening to the stories and were eager to ask questions and share their own knowledge. It was a truly inspiring experience, and we are grateful to 1300KOALAZ for visiting us.
Thank you, 1300KOALAZ, for a memorable and meaningful visit!
