I’m Kat, Mumma of Miss G, enjoy devouring a good cup of herbal tea, a daily walk in nature, deep conversations with friends and am a longtime lover of the niche practice of Restorative Yoga.
As a collective society we’re tired and need to find the slow. Really what I share is making space for intentional rest. Giving you the opportunity to slow down, shift away from your connection to technology, the busyness of life, and find the rest & relaxation you crave. Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga 🧘
