We are delighted to announce Natalia as our Educator of the Month for May! 🌟

Natalia consistently demonstrates warmth, kindness, and genuine care in her interactions with the children. She has built strong, loving relationships with the children in our Babies Room, creating a nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and supported.

🎨💥 Pop, Paint & Play! 💥🎨

The children enjoyed an exciting sensory painting experience using balloons filled with paint. Using a skewer, they carefully popped the balloons and watched as the colours splashed onto the paper. They then explored the paint further with their hands, mixing colours and creating unique artwork.

This experience supported sensory exploration, fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, concentration, creativity, problem-solving, and cause-and-effect learning. Children also developed confidence in exploring new textures and expressing themselves through art.

EYLF Learning Outcomes:
🌱 Outcome 4 – Children are confident and involved learners.
🌱 Outcome 5 – Children are effective communicators.

🐞🦋 Bug Catching Fun in Toddlers! 🐜🐛

Our toddlers enjoyed a bug catching experience where we explored different insects and discussed their features, habitats, and movements. Children used creative thinking to identify and sort bugs before gluing and sticking them onto their bug-catching sheets.

This experience supported fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, language skills, problem-solving, and creativity. Through conversations and hands-on exploration, children developed their understanding of the natural world while building confidence in expressing their ideas.

🌸 Giving Back to Our Community 🌸

Thanks to the support of our wonderful families during our Mother’s Day Hamper Raffle, Warriapendi has made another donation this time to Share the Dignity. 💕

Last Friday we said goodbye to a huge part of our team, our cook Lizzy. We pretended Liz needed to participate in her last fire drill where she found everyone gathered around ready to surprise her with cuddles on her last day.

We will miss your sense of humour and energy around here. The kids have missed seeing their lizzy each morning!!💕💕💕
