At Forte Success, we're proud to be joining the Push-Up Challenge in 2026 because we believe that great habits help build great mental health.
Just as music nurtures confidence, creativity, and emotional wellbeing, movement and exercise play an important role in supporting a healthy mind. Through music, movement, and community, we're encouraging our students, families, and team to look after both their physical and mental wellbeing.
