A question worth sitting with if you manage a team:
When did you last deliberately develop your direct reports, rather than just manage their performance?
Those are two different things. Performance management is reactive. Leadership development is proactive.
The organisations that do both consistently tend to have better retention, cleaner succession, and teams that can operate without being told what to do.
Our custom leadership programs are built around the actual challenges your team is facing, not a generic curriculum. We have delivered them across WA government, real estate, and corporate environments for over 20 years.

Real learning does not happen on a slide deck.
It happens when someone in the room says 'that actually happened to me last week' and the whole group leans in.
That is what our sessions are built around.

Most Perth real estate agents complete their CPD in the final six weeks of the year.
The ones who do it early close more deals in Q4, because they are not distracted by a compliance deadline when the market is at its most active.
Our 2026 CPD sessions run all year across Perth, Rockingham, and Hillarys. One 6-hour day. Done.

Something worth knowing if you are in WA government or local council:
The Certificate II and III in Government are available as school-based and standard traineeships, and they qualify for the Jobs and Skills WA Employer Incentive.
That means your organisation can receive up to $4,250 over 24 months for each employee you put through the program.
We delivered this program for a regional WA council earlier this year. The outcome was a team with consistent foundational knowledge and a framework they actually use.

Not all CPD is worth your time.
Some of it is a box to tick. Some of it changes how you handle a difficult client, a tricky negotiation, or a legislative grey area.
We design ours to be the second kind.

What does it mean to be a WALGA Preferred Supplier?
For WA local governments, it means easier access to trusted, prequalified training and consultancy support.
Aspire Performance Training is proud to be listed as a WALGA Preferred Supplier under PSP003 – Professional Consultancy Services.
This means councils can engage Aspire with greater confidence, knowing key compliance, capability and quality requirements have already been assessed through WALGA’s Preferred Supplier Program.
For local government teams, this can help reduce procurement delays and provide a clearer pathway to access support across:
- Leadership development
- Workforce capability
- Coaching and mentoring
- WHS and compliance training
- Custom training programs
- Accredited and non-accredited training
At Aspire, we work with councils and organisations across WA to deliver practical, workplace-focused training that strengthens people, teams and communities.
