Last week, as part of the Fearless5 program, our Year 5 students participated in a watercolour activity designed to deepen their connection with nature. 💐
Using local Western Australian plants and flowers collected from around the school grounds, the girls carefully observed and sketched realistic native flowers before bringing their artwork to life with watercolours. The activity encouraged creativity, mindfulness and an appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds us every day.

This week, Principal Jennifer Oaten led students and staff on a tour of the new Cultural Centre, walking through the completed building together for the first time.
In her latest blog, she reflects on what it took to bring this project from a Master Plan idea in 2019 to a completed building in 2026, and the lessons in leadership, patience and persistence she learned along the way.

Today we had the privilege of welcoming back Paul Dillon from Drug and Alcohol Research and Training Australia for an informative and engaging session with our Years 10, 11 and 12 students.
Paul shared evidence-based information on alcohol and other drugs, helping students develop a greater understanding of the risks, make informed decisions, and stay safe in a range of situations.
His presentations are always highly valued, providing practical, up-to-date insights in a way that is relevant and relatable for young people. We thank Paul for his continued commitment to educating and empowering our students with the knowledge they need to make positive choices for their health and wellbeing.
