At JUMP! Swim Schools, we're passionate about educating and supporting parents and families with year-round water safety education both in and out of the pool β It's a big part of what we do!
This Winter, take 5 minutes to do a quick home water safety check. Look for:
- Buckets with water
- Unsupervised bathtubs
- Garden ponds or water features
- Eskys with melted ice
- Pet water bowls within reach
Even shallow water can pose a risk to little ones.

When she's not teaching confidence and water safety in the pool, Miss Hallie is giving back to the community as a dedicatedΒ St John Ambulance volunteer. ππ
Her caring nature, calm approach, and commitment to helping others make her an incredible role model for our swimmers both in and out of the water. Whether she's supporting children as they learn new skills or volunteering her time to assist those in need, Miss Hallie always brings kindness, professionalism, and a smile.
We're so proud to have such a compassionate and community-minded teacher as part of our team. Thank you, Miss Hallie, for everything you do! πβ¨
π If you see Miss Hallie around the centre, be sure to say hello and congratulate her on the amazing work she does beyond the pool.

Floating is a very important water safety skill we teach at JUMP! Jandakot. It helps build confidence, encourages calmness in the water, and can make a big difference in an emergency situation.
We also love seeing bright, vibrant bathers in the pool (especially if you're a Dockers Fan!!). Choosing highly visible colours can make children easier to spot in and around the water, adding another simple layer of safety while they swim and play.
This little swimmer is doing both perfectlyβrelaxed, confident, and floating like a star! β¨π¦
