Wednesday - 6-7pm (All ages), 7-8pm (Advance Cadets, Juniors and Adults)
Friday - 6-7:30pm - (All ages) - Point Cook
Saturdays - 9-10am (All ages) - Point Cook
Additional training opportunities:
Once a month Saturday intensive training 1-6pm for Juniors and adults
2-5pm - below 13 years old.

Hi guys. It has been a while. With Covid restrictions being lifted, we finally got through Term 1 and Term 2 without a hitch. Can't believe how much the kids has grown during the lockdown, most needing new set of gi when they came back to training. We also welcome new families. Here are some photos from Term 1 and Term 2.
