Conscious and connected community is one of the reasons I moved to the Sunshine Coast, and I’m finally feeling like I’ve found it.

I had idealistic expectations of how easy this move would be, how quickly I would find my people, but it’s taken a little longer to really land here, and that’s okay.

My consistent efforts of showing up at led to me meeting beautiful souls like Emily Mills, creator of .experiences who hosts incredible Soulful Long Lunches.

Last week’s lunch was at the ēthos restaurant. The theme was “Harvest to Wholefood” with a share-style, paddock-to-plate inspired lunch by Head Chef Mal, who campaigned for more ease in eating healthy, natural, wholefoods - because it should be common place, instead of fast, processed, nutritionally devoid food full of chemicals. I agree.

Our MC was a hoot! And quite well behaved this time, though personally I’d love to see what she’s like in full flight.

Mitch Bray from taught us about the importance of soil health - and I was delighted to discover that someone else believes we should be having harvest festivals 🙌

Cindy O’Meara echoed the importance of eating seasonally and locally because your body knows where it is in time and space - obviously this sentiment was right up my alley as an epigenetics consultant.

The partners Em chose were so thoughtfully aligned, and every detail of the event was spectacular. Em spoke with heartfelt passion about her calling to create curated events with soul and it was brilliant to witness her genius.

Eva aka led us through a mindful moment of ceremonial cacao from which set the tone and allowed me to land in the space.

I connected with beautiful new souls and ones I’d already met. We shared the most delicious food, prepared with great care, and the setting was to die for!

After a challenging couple of weeks grieving the loss of a big dream, the soulful long lunch was a beautiful reminder that there are many more seasons to be had, that I’m supported by community wherever I go, that hope is still alive and new visions ca

I had a big dream. Building businesses, growing my family, creating community, giving Henry stability and a good role model.

That dream was so big, I ignored the warning signs. From friends. From my own intuition. I could feel myself losing me - and I let my head talk me out of what my heart and my gut already knew.

I’m not an expert standing outside this. I’m in it.

What I do know: finding out the truth, even when it hurt, was better than staying in the dream. And what’s on the other side of this isn’t just recovery, it’s the chance to come home to myself again.

Have you been feeling a shift lately?

I have. After a devastating shake-up, I’m navigating one of the biggest transitions of my life (more on that soon). And the work I’ve immediately come back to is identity and purpose work - reconnecting with my foundation, checking in to see how far I’d drifted, reminding myself of who I am, why I’m here, and how to take care of myself.

I’ve been here before. And I know I’ll find solid ground again, because I remember where all the pieces go.

I’ve been more open about this than usual. I’ve reached out to friends, leaned on my people, and in doing so I’ve noticed something: it’s not just me. So many of you are feeling it too. A big awakening. A shake-up. A moment where the ground beneath you no longer feels certain.

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

So I’ve created a June Shift Special. For the rest of June, I’m offering 10% off both of my intensives:

Identity & Purpose Recalibration — $1,799 (save $200)
Work Architecture Intensive — $2,699 (save $300)
Or bundle both together for $3,999 and save over $1,000 off the individual prices.

🎁 Bonus for the first 3 to book the Identity & Purpose Recalibration (or bundle): I’ll include my Spiritual Sovereignty Integration session — a 120-minute deep dive weaving together astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and numerology with your biological blueprint. This one tends to be the moment everything clicks into place. Valued at $999, included free.

Use code JUNESHIFT10 at checkout.

Whether you’re navigating a personal earthquake or a professional one, or both, there’s support here. I know what it feels like when the ground shifts. I also know what’s waiting on the other side when you do the work to rebuild.

Let’s find solid ground together.

I’ll be honest about why I built ooooh.

I wanted a room that didn’t exist yet.

A room where someone would ask you about your vision - the real one, not the polished version - and actually want to hear the answer.

Where you could say “this has been really hard lately” without someone immediately trying to fix it.

Where you’d leave with one committed action and the energy to actually do it.

Where the people around you are achieving their own milestones, so you can celebrate them, and they can celebrate you.

Rich, deep, authentic conversations.

In style. With oysters. Obviously. 🦪

The first ooooh is about to begin and it’s fully booked.

I didn’t expect it to happen quite this fast, and I’m genuinely grateful for everyone who said yes.

If you missed out this time, July is coming, with a larger table.

A few things I want you to know before Friday.

You don’t need to have your purpose figured out to come to ooooh.

In fact, not knowing is exactly the right place to start. The oyster doesn’t begin with a pearl, it begins with something uncomfortable and unresolved. Some of the most extraordinary people I’ve come across had no idea how to describe what they were building when they started. They just knew there was something. That’s enough.

You don’t need to be an extrovert or a natural networker.

ooooh is deliberately intimate. Small group, structured format, everyone gets a turn. There’s no obligation to perform or fill silence. You’ll be guided through the whole thing. And this isn’t networking. Networking is when people talk about what they do. ooooh is when people talk about why they do it. That’s a very different conversation.

You don’t even need to like oysters.

The oyster is a symbol. It’s Shakespeare. It’s the pearl. It’s the philosophy. It is not a dietary requirement. Although, if you’ve never tried them, and we end up at Bistro C with a glass of something cold in hand, I’d gently suggest you give them a go. Life’s short.

There’s one seat left for this Friday 12th June, 11:30am, Bistro C Noosa.

If something has been holding you back, I hope this helps.

Here’s exactly what happens at ooooh…

Step 1: A simple ice-breaker to ease everyone in. Nothing awkward, just a way to settle into the room.

Step 2: Each person shares what they do and why they do it. The why matters most.

Step 3: We celebrate wins. Something you’re proud of or grateful for. We don’t do this enough, honestly.

Step 4: We acknowledge what’s been hard. Building something can be genuinely difficult. This is a judgment-free space to say so.

One guideline: if you want advice, ask for it. If you want to offer some, ask before you do. It keeps the room safe.

Step 5: You name one action you’re committing to before we meet again. Just one. Real and doable.

You’ll also leave with a vision card- something to write on during the gathering and take home.

The whole thing runs for a couple of unhurried hours - 11:30am to 1:30pm.

No agenda to race through. No timer going off.

Just the kind of conversation most of us don’t have nearly enough of. 🦪

There are still a couple of seats left for this Friday 12th June, Bistro C Noosa.

I’ve been hiding.

I had a session with Dan Burgess recently. And the message was clear: I need to let myself be fully seen.

I’ve been sharing bits and pieces. Testing the waters. But there’s so much more I’ve been wanting to say.

Polarising opinions. Hard truths. Things I believe could genuinely help people, that I’ve been holding back because I know what it costs to be misunderstood.

And that fear is valid. Because I’ve lived it.

For years I showed up honestly on social media. People would message me to say they could see themselves in my stories, my struggles, and my breakthroughs. Sharing my truth helped people feel seen. It helped my clients find me. It showed them they wouldn’t be judged here. That their fears and shame were safe. That I could hold space for whatever was blocking them.

Then in 2022 someone knocked on my door and handed me a thick envelope.

I was being served an affidavit.

My posts had been manipulated, misconstrued, and doctored - used to try to take my child away from me.

There was no real substance to the case. My worst fear didn’t come true. But the possibility of it, and the betrayal behind it, left a mark that’s taken years to fade.

So I got quieter. Smaller. More cautious.

And I’ve been watching that version of me with a kind of grief.

Because the visibility that made me a target is the same visibility that gave others permission to be real.

I’m not going back to hiding.

This is me, stepping back in.

Elizabeth Gilbert says the world is divided into two kinds of people.

Jackhammers: the ones who find their passion early and drill down on it, focused and relentless, for the rest of their lives.

And hummingbirds - the ones who move from flower to flower, curiosity to curiosity, weaving together a rich and complex life from everything they’ve explored.

“Your perspective ends up keeping the entire culture aerated and mixed up and open to the new,” she says.

Both paths are valid. Both have purpose. Neither is more worthy than the other.

Gilbert herself has evolved on this. She once thought purpose was the most important pursuit in life. Over time, she arrived at something more gentle - that perhaps we place too much pressure on finding THE thing, and that sometimes the most purposeful thing you can do is simply pay attention to what lights you up right now.

I love all of this. Because I think it’s all true, at different times, for different people.

Some people have always known. Some people are still figuring it out.

Some people need a single north star. Others need a trail to follow.

However you relate to purpose - you’re welcome at ooooh. 🦪

P.S. there are 3 tickets left for the launch of our first ooooh event on Friday. If you’d like to be part of it but can’t make this one register your interest to hear about the next one. Links in bio.

I chose to partner with for this workshop because their philosophy is simple and powerful: No competition. No body comparisons. Just Community, Movement, Wellness and Good Vibes.

This is the most authentic fitness space I’ve ever been a part of. Members are genuinely encouraged to listen to their bodies and do what’s right for them—not what the culture says they should do.

But here’s the thing: sometimes it can be hard to hear what your body’s trying to say.

We’re so used to one-size-fits-all wellness that we’ve forgotten how to listen. We’ve learned to override our own signals. We’ve been taught that discipline means pushing through, not respecting what we actually need.

This workshop is your first stepping stone along the journey back to you.

For 90 minutes on Sunday, we’re going to get really honest about why generic advice has never worked. We’re going to explore the science behind your unique design. And we’re going to give you permission to stop forcing and start flowing.

This Sunday 9am | Wildfire Fitness Eumundi

For members with all-inclusive classes.

Register via the app.

Because your body isn’t broken. It just needs to be heard.
